Your First Massage!

  • You will be directed to our massage therapy room. There you can discuss with one of our massage therapist, what ailments you've been having. She will ask you a series of screening questions to help you have a safe and comfortable massage.
  • The therapist will show you where to hang your clothes, how she would like you to lie on the table, and then leave the room for you to get ready. You will have a sheet to cover up with.
  • After a few moments, the therapist will reenter the room, turn on some music and begin your massage.
  • Please inform them if the massage is too strong or not strong enough. Feedback is wonderful, especially for your first time. Your massage should be relaxing and help relieve pain that you entered our office with.
  • Finally, when your massage is over, the therapist will exit the room to allow you to get dressed or stay and relax another couple minutes.
